BIOMECHANICAL RUN ANALYSIS

 

ADULTS - £60 (75 minutes)


During a biomechanical analysis we will analyse your running technique using video analysis and we will analyse your movement using a Functional Movement Analysis. This will allow us to identify any weaknesses and inefficiencies that could cause injury or prevent you from running faster. Our aim is to help you reduce your risk of injury, improve your efficiency and increase your performance.





JUNIORS - £40 (60 minutes) For ages 6-16 years

During a biomechanical analysis for juniors, we analyse your child’s running technique using video analysis and analyse their movement using our Dynamic Movement Skills®  childrens’ analysis. This will allow us to identify any inefficiencies that could cause injury or prevent your child from moving and running faster. Our aim is to help your child to reduce their risk of injury, improve their efficiency and increase their speed and performance. 

 

 







RUN
TECHNIQUE COACHING


ADULTS - ONE TO ONE (INDIVIDUAL COACHING):

6 sessions - £250 (£41 per session)

10 sessions - £350 (£35 per session)

15 sessions - £450 (£30 per session)


ADULTS -  1:2 COACHING (SHARED SESSIONS):

During these sessions you will be partnered with another runner, except for your first and last session as these are always done individually.

These sessions work really well as you get a better learning experience. Because we work with short high intensity runs of high quality, you need rest periods to avoid mental and physical fatigue. When one runner is resting, they are also learning by watching someone else going through a similar process. These sessions are fun and motivating!

6 sessions - £180 (£30 per session)

10 sessions - £250 (£25 per session)

15 sessions - £300 (£20 per session)


Running technique coaching is offered in a blocks of 6, 10 or 15 sessions to ensure that you are successful in changing your technique and reaching your goal. The first session will consist of a Biomechanical and Functional Analysis. The next five training sessions are dedicated to learning the correct technique by using our accelerated learning methods. We also give you homework to do inbetween sessions, technique training programs to follow and exercises specific to you.

 

JUNIORS:

* Suitable for children of all abilities from 6-16 years of age.


ONE TO ONE (INDIVIDUAL COACHING):

6 sessions - £150 (£25 per session)

10 sessions - £225 (£22.50 per session)

15 sessions - £300 (£20 per session)


1:2 COACHING (SHARED SESSIONS):

During these sessions your child will be partnered with another child, except for thier first and last session as these are always done individually.

Running technique coaching for juniors is offered in a block of 6, 10 or 15 sessions, to ensure that your child is successful in improving their movement and running technique.  The first session will consist of a Biomechanical Analysis where we will analyse your child’s running technique using video analysis and analyse their movement using our Dynamic Movement Skills® childrens’ analysis. This will allow us to identify any inefficiencies that could cause injury or prevent your child from moving and running faster. The remaining sessions are dedicated to learning the correct technique by using our accelerated learning methods. 


 




SINGLE COACHING SESSION


ADULTS - £40

JUNIORS - £25

These sessions can be used after completing a course of Running Technqiue Sessions. They are designed to be used whenever you feel you need a one off session to ensure that you are progressing with your running technqiue and in case there is anything in particular that you need us to check.






 


STRENGTH COACHING


ADULTS (INDIVIDUAL COACHING):

6 sessions - £240 (£40 per session)

10 sessions - £350 (£35 per session)

15 sessions - £450 (£30 per session)



ADULTS (SHARED COACHING):

6 sessions - £180 (£30 per session)

10 sessions - £250 (£25 per session)

15 sessions - £300 (£20 per session)



These sessions can be used after completing a course of Running Technqiue Sessions.  They are designed for anyone who wants to focus specifically on the strength aspect of their training.







MOBILITY COACHING


ADULTS:

6 sessions - £240 (£40 per session)

10 sessions - £350 (£35 per session)

15 sessions - £450 (£30 per session)


These sessions can be used after completing a course of Running Technqiue Sessions.  They are designed for anyone who wants to focus specifically on the mobility aspect of their training.
